Picturesquely embedded in the Tyrolean mountains, Aurach is just a few minutes drive from Kitzbühel.
Bus connection, ski and regional buses, reachable in just a few minutes walk. (Timetables and information in the house)
We are only a few minutes by car from the Kitzbühel – Jochberg / Pass Thurn hiking and skiing area.
The Eichenheim golf course - one of the most beautiful and challenging courses in Austria - is in the immediate vicinity.
Kitz Mountain Living is known for the personal and individual care of its guests (excursion advice, restaurant and hut guide, taxi and birthday organization are just a few of the ways we pamper you) and the high-quality furnishings of the apartments

  • Welcome breakfast package for the first morning will be provided for you free of charge!
  • Welcome drink package (drinks like mineral water, coke, beer, as well as wine and coffee for the start) is waiting for you.
  • Breakfast service and drinks can be ordered according to your personal wishes
  • Individual support for guests (excursion advice, restaurant and hut guide, taxi and birthday organization)
  • WI-FI is free in our house – parking is available free of charge!
  • Ski storage room, bicycle room with charging facility, ironing facility, washing machine including detergent are available to our guests free of charge.
  • If requested, we change your hand and shower towels daily, as well as bed linen service.
  • Optionally bookable cleaning service for your apartment and an extra bed are possible.
  • For bookings of more than 8 nights, your apartment will be cleaned on request after the first week (vacuuming, wipe, change of sheets)
  • Baby bed available, upon request.
  • Pets, additional packages available on request.
  • Ski ticket service (still in planning)
